Single Day Digital Ticket for Burning Con 2025 - Saturday or Sunday Meals (no room)
Burning Con returns on October 31- November 2, 2025. It will be held in Ossining, NY, just one hour north of NYC.
If you wish to join us for games and talks during the day and eat with us at the retreat center but to to sleep offsite (in your own home or a hotel), this is the ticket for you!
About your catering
Your meals include:
- Buffet-style meals from world cuisine to traditional foods. Many of the vegetables served are grown in the retreat center’s kitchen gardens. Fruits, meat, and other foods are often sourced locally, from the Hudson Valley. The center’s meals provide a balance of nutritional foods that are carefully and mindfully prepared and selected. We will send you a survey about dietary restrictions after you reserve this ticket.
- Breakfast will be served from 8-9am, lunch from 1-2pm, and dinner from 6-7pm
Coffee, tea, and cocoa are available all day in the dining room.
20th anniversary Burning Con merchandise available
To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the first Burning Con held on 05-05-05, we have commissioned stunning artwork by Malleus Rock Art Lab. This artwork will be featured on premium t-shirts and numbered posters that will be screen printed by the artists in Italy.
You can choose to add these merch items to your ticket and they will be available for pick up at the convention. Pre-ordering your merch is the best way to ensure that your size will be available as limited quantities will be produced.
Burning Con 2025 event schedule
A full schedule of events will be released closer to the date, however you can expect a jam-packed weekend of Burning Wheel Headquarter’s games including Burning Wheel, Burning Empires, Mouse Guard, Freemarket, Torchbearer, Miseries & Misfortunes and Inheritance. The retreat-style format has been designed to maximize chill vibes, game time and hangs.
For the first time we’ll also be holding an “Apprentice Academy” session on Friday afternoon which will be beginner friendly. You’ll be able to indicate your interest for this session via the preference survey, which will be sent out a few months prior to the convention.

Burning Con is held in the beautiful Hudson Valley just one hour north of NYC (accessible by Metro North).
Important information about refunds
Before purchasing your ticket, please note that no refunds will be given if you cancel less than 30 days before the event. If you cancel before August 31st 2025, you will be eligible for a 50% refund.
