Rohirrim Cultural Setting

This Sub-setting is a modification of the official Soldier Sub-setting presented in the Character Burner. A number of additions, modifications, and changes have been made to adapt the sub-setting for the Rohirrim Culture presented in the Lord of the Rings. Changes as noted below.

Lifepaths Removed

The following lifepaths have been removed from the Soldier Sub-setting.

  • Captain

Lifepaths Kept

The following lifepaths have been kept with no change. These lifepaths may be found in the Character Burner (Revised) in the Kingdoms of Man chapter.

  • Apprentice
  • Journeyman

Lifepaths Added

These lifepaths have been added to the Soldier Sub-setting for use with the Rohirrim Cultural Setting. Traits and Skills that are not listed in the Character Burner may be found in the Traits Section of the Burning Wheel Wiki. Some of these lifepaths replace lifepaths listed as 'removed' above.
