Brief Description Emmett ran away from his apprenticeship to go on a pilgrimage/adventure. When he began having prophetic dreams of impending danger after sleeping at a shrine, he returned home. Dismissed as an irresponsible attention-seeker, he couldn't get anyone to believe his dreams and then his farm was burned, his mother and sister killed, and his father kidnapped...
