To add a character to this category:

1. On your user page, create a link to <Some New Rule Idea> (e.g. add [[Some New Rule Idea]] to make a new link like so: Some New Rule Idea)
2. Click the link, and edit it as normal.
3. At the bottom put [[Category:Sparks]]
4. Save!
