The Spell
Blizzard Ob: 7 450 Actions "I suppose the storm of ice and freezing rain brought down upon us only lasted a few moments - but that's all it had to." This spell lets you conjure up a (wait for it) blizzard from midair. Assume it deals damage once every three seconds. This is one volley in Fight! or several times a volley in Range and Cover. Outside of those mechanics, use the Rate of Movement mechanics on page 239 of the Burning Wheel to determine how quickly someone flees the area of effect and therefore how often damage must be resisted.
Those affected also suffer +2 Ob to all physical actions while in the area of effect of the spell.
